Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership New Mexico, a statewide non-profit educational organization, is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic professional for the position of Marketing Director. This position reports to the President of Leadership New Mexico and has the primary responsibility for the organization’s marketing, public relations, some special events, and assists the organization with fundraising.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful applicant will work closely with the President, staff and volunteers throughout the state. Must have demonstrated success with marketing, public relations, special events, fundraising, and grant writing experience a plus.
Minimum of a B.A. and 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and/or program and event planning. Excellent written and verbal skills, perform as a team player, should be organized and detail orientated, and have excellent people, computer, writing skills, and meets deadlines in a timely manner. Must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Constant Contact, Social Media, In-design and Internet, as well as excellent computer skills, including web communication and graphic design.
