We have a full-time, entry-level member services specialist position available in our Member Services Department. Job duties include supporting ASRT members by responding to phone calls and correspondence, and performing data entry in order to solve core needs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ideal candidates will have stellar phone etiquette, have well-developed interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Candidates should also be able to speak, type and navigate systems simultaneously, take initiative, and follow through, when appropriate.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• HS diploma or GED.
• 3-5 yrs in-person or phone based customer service with a passion for resolving issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment.
• Critical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and utilize diplomacy and tact.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
