Main Areas of Responsibility:
The purpose of the Membership and Event Associate’s role is to meet museum fundraising goals through the successful application of membership acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. In addition, this position will manage all museum special events as well as facility rentals of the museum as a venue for meetings, parties, etc.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The primary role of the Membership and Events Associate is to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of membership information. Assists in planning and implementing activities and recruitment, retention and renewal strategies for new members and renewed members.
Manages all museum events, including membership events. This person will also work to cultivate additional clients and manage the museum's facility rental program when outside sources rent the facility for parties, meetings, etc.
