Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce is hiring for the Membership Department. We are seeking an experienced and energetic full time sales/relationship director to join our fast paced and spirited team. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of membership sales and maintenance utilizing Word, Excel, Power Point and account software for the membership department.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Prospecting at the local and regional level for new business members via phone and in-person to present and close on Chamber memberships.
2. Following up with members after the sale to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals.
3. Collaborating with internal departments to provide a quality customer service experience to new and existing members.
4. Director will also work with members to collect current and past due accounts.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently.
