Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Mental Health Worker will provide emotional support, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and overall support to the residents in the group home; and help maintain the safety and cleanliness of the group home facility. The work of Mental Health Workers is split among shifts throughout each day. The extent of responsibilities for each of these duties varies from shift to shift. Individual shift responsibilities are defined in each home.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Part-time (less than 40 hours/week) employees who are scheduled and who work less than 40 hours per week, are not eligible for employee benefits except those mandated by applicable law.
