The NM CASA Program Director provides operational leadership in the programmatic and administrative realms of the NM CASA program. Specific areas of responsibility include program development and implementation, programmatic financial and administrative management, and staff leadership and development.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

A thorough understanding of the New Mexico Child Welfare System is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the resources and potential community partners related to the child welfare system in New Mexico is a plus.
