Main Areas of Responsibility:
NMLC seeks a motivated and self-starting Office Manager to oversee its finances, administration and operations; help run an efficient, smooth and effective office and facility; and support other organizational development and administrative activities as needed. The position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Development Coordinator.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Main Responsibilities: Manage all financial and administrative activities, and coordinate operational activities for the Petchesky Conservation Center (60%); Support for organizational fundraising activities as requested by the Development Coordinator (30%); Support for other general administrative activities as needed by staff (10%).
Qualifications: 3-5 years full charge bookkeeping and administrative experience; Associate's degree in related field, Bachelor's preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Efficient with strong attention to detail; Strong technical and computer skills, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks, Databases; experience with desktop publishing, website software and social media a plus.
