ACCION New Mexico • Arizona • Colorado is an award-winning nonprofit leader in the field of microfinance. We are looking for a Portfolio Quality Officer to help with our collections and asset recovery efforts and to provide outstanding client support.

You must have excellent communication skills, be analytical, assertive, persistent, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun, accountable, goal-oriented environment. You will be expected to uphold ACCION's organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability. A Bachelor Degree and bilingual English/Spanish ability are required, and experience in collections, lending, or legal assistant/paralegal work is highly desirable.
