Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for performing administrative tasks such as photocopy, scan, fax, mail, organizing, and filing tasks (both soft and hard copies); facilitate communication with various participants—clients, grantees, vendors, internal staff, etc. this includes screening clients in-person and/or remotely; and maintaining phone logs of activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Perform all administrative aspects of grant-making, including support with grant due-diligence. Qualifications: A H.S. diploma or GED equivalent required; AA or BA preferred; 2 years of clerical or related experience preferred; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; and demonstrated aptitude to use computer/internet-based systems.
