Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for an exceptional person to support our leadership team with the implementation of a large suite of diverse programs for students and families. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks related to calendaring, communicating, coordinating, and accounting to assist the Directors in leading the organization and fulfilling Explora’s mission and programming commitments.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Strong experience as an executive assistant or program coordinator; be savvy with current office and accounting software; have a preference for being busy and moving quickly; possess a flair for problem-solving and finesse at juggling multiple demands; and excel at customer service.
