Main Areas of Responsibility:
DreamTree Project is guided by integrity and empathy to provide a respectful, safe, and structured environment to support youth in crisis. We offer shelter, housing, and life skills training, helping teens and young adults to achieve goals and move towards healthy, long-term living situations, through reuniting with family or achieving self-sufficiency.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Program Director will ensure program safety and effectiveness, hire/train/supervise youth care staff, communicate with parents and partner agencies, and coach youth through difficult situations. Reports to Executive Director.
Requirements: Bachelor's or higher in education, behavioral health, or human services related field; experience with youth who have experienced trauma; supervisory experience. Master's degree preferred.
