Program Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 
This position reports to the President of Leadership New Mexico and has the primary responsibility for all of the organization’s educational programs and all responsibilities associated with these programs. Responsible for program budgets for all 4 programs and implementing them within the Board approved expenses. speaker recruitment and site logistics for the programs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Recruit appropriate volunteer leadership for each aspect of the program. Maintain the program records and evaluations. Raise program sponsorship funds, grant writing and special projects for grants for all programs.
Other Information/Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three to five years experience in a leadership role in program administration, marketing, public relations, and/or adult or community education. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with staff and volunteers, knowledge of fund raising, grant writing, corporate and foundation solicitation, and special events. Ability to travel.
