Main Areas of Responsibility:
Delta Consulting Group seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as Program Manager for our nonprofit clients. Program Managers are mid-level decision makers whose duties include event planning, designing and implementing programs, membership management, marketing and outreach, and resource development. Program Managers work as part of a team of Delta staff members to ensure excellent services are provided to our clients.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position also supports our nonprofit clients with budget development and tracking, website management, board meetings and committees, strategic planning and organizational health reviews, as well as virtual, hybrid, and/or in-person fundraising events, meetings, and trainings.
At least 2 years of project management or high-level administrative experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite applications, ability to take ownership of projects and work with limited supervision, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly transition between tasks.
