Property Analyst

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 
Rapidly growing and entrepreneurial nonprofit that owns, manages, and develops supportive affordable housing has an immediate vacancy for a property analyst (contract position). Position requires identification of vacant land and brownfield/greenfield sites for adaptive reuse for mixed income/mixed use multifamily rental development. Property analyst will identify and seek public land to be donated, and /or negotiate with sellers of privately held property for long term purchase options.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Although initially a contract position, there are opportunities within the group for growth. Flexible management and work structure will allow for exposure to finance, administration, support services, and all areas of affordable housing.
Other Information/Requirements: 
Ideal candidate will have indepth experience of local property market, extensive knowledge of local, state, federal resources, affordable housing, and experience in feasibility analysis. Understanding of equity markets for LIHTC, historic, new market, and sustainable tax credits a plus. Position can be P/T or F/T with flexible hours. Suits independent self starter who will work from home.
