Main Areas of Responsibility:
Within a given geographical area, the Regional Manager supports, trains, and manages the creation and stability of troops, serves as the council representative in their assigned communities, and manages the recruitment and retention goals of both girls and adult membership.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain a positive, supportive, and cooperative leadership role among local chapters of volunteers. Recruit and train volunteers to fill leadership positions. Support volunteer leadership teams in providing programming and wait-list troops, placing girls in troops, maintaining existing girl membership with activities, recruiting adult volunteers. Ensure accuracy of membership records. Serve as the community liaison. Ensure safety, legal compliance, and effectiveness of activities in a given membership area.
