Main Areas of Responsibility:
The primary role of the VISTA member will be to support the community volunteer groups associated with Mission: Graduate by collecting data and reporting on community assets. The VISTA member will also help develop the surveys and other research tools Mission: Graduate will need to collect data on community capacity in future years. Additionally, will provide research and data support to the initiative.

Required Qualifications:
• Interest in or personal commitment to education and community development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity and comfort working with quantitative data and a willingness to learn more.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data to diverse audiences.
• Professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong inter-personal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
