Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Retail Services Associate. The Retail Sales Associate works in the Museum’s retail services operation, representing the Museum in greeting and assisting visitors to the highest degree of professional competence. The success of this position is measured through daily sales, repeat business and happy customers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assists customers with purchases; performs daily cash management including opening/closing the register; restocks merchandise, cleans/organizes to maintain store appearance; and complete additional duties as assigned consistent with responsibility for this position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School or GED preferred; 2 years’ experience in front-facing retail preferred; excellent customer service skills; excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills; and ability to operate a point of sale system.
