Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Senior Development Officer is responsible for the Development and Fundraising of the College by personally identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors and prospects as defined by UNM Foundation standards for the unit in accordance with performance targets set by the UNM Foundation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred
• Seven (7) or more years related development experience
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in major gift fundraising
• Experience in higher education or other non-profit organization
• 25-50% travel required
