Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist customers and program participants in the store. Open/Close store. Schedule & receive donations. Sort donations and put items on the sales floor. Maintain the store in a clean, safe condition. Complete all paperwork including bank deposits and reconciliations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

At least 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience.
Experience working in a social service setting helpful.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
Detail oriented.
Ability to prioritize, handle cash and complete paperwork and reconciliations.
