Position Description:
We have had significant growth in the last year and are looking for board members who are adept at reading financials and working with the non-financial board members to assure the financial strength of the organization. We are particularly interested in CPAs, though encourage a wide range of backgrounds to apply.
Expectations:
Quarterly board meetings. Finance committee meets monthly, or as need be. Telephonic attendance is permitted.
