CNPE fosters strong leadership through trainings, facilitated groups and networking opportunities. We encourage leadership development with scholarships for courses at the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management, Management Development Center; with peer support in Executive Director Leadership Circles; and by providing a forum for young nonprofit leaders to network and identify mentoring opportunities.

UNM Management Development Center

In partnership with CNPE, The UNM’s Anderson School of Management, Management Development Center provides partial and full scholarships to nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers to enroll in their certificate courses.
