As an organization dedicated primarily to diversity and inclusiveness work (in multiple states in the U.S. as well as 4 other countries to date), we have extensive experience collaborating with the communities listed, as well as assisting organizations and individuals working in or with those communities in nonprofit, healthcare, education and the corporate sectors.

Susana Rinderle, M.A., is an Albuquerque-based trainer, coach, facilitator and consultant. She helps people communicate effectively across differences, and she equips organizations to create inclusive environments where brilliance and excellence flourish.
A native of Los Angeles, Susana has 40 years of personal experience navigating differences, and 20+ years of professional diversity experience in multiple sectors in the U.S. and Mexico, including nonprofit, education, performing arts, corporate and healthcare.
Susana was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals. She holds a B.A. in sociology from UCLA and an M.A. in intercultural communication from UNM, and studied at UNAM in Mexico City.
Susana was featured at TEDxABQ 2012 speaking on "Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution". She is a regular blogger for Diversity Executive Magazine, and her work has also appeared in Diversity Best Practices. She has also published articles on topics related to diversity, Mexico and U.S. Latinos in academic journals as well as commercial publications.
