Mission Statement:
Founded by recipients of mental health services in the Albuquerque area, the ADIC is based on the principle of "Consumers helping consumers". It is designed to provide a safe environment so as to avoid the isolation and stigma that is often experienced by eindividulas facing mental health challenges
Programs:
Current activites and services include self-help groups, peer advocacy, resource information, free art groups on Sunday (painting, jewelry,etc), reading library, and fun activities like basketball, darts and more.

Has 501(c)(3) nonprofit status from the IRS
