Mission Statement: 

The AISES mission is to increase substantially the representation of American Indian and Alaskan Natives in engineering, science and other related technology disciplines.


AISES offers professional development programs for teachers and other professionals at the AISES National Conference, as well as a Professional of the Year Program, a host of programs, including a network of college chapters and national and regional student leaders, access to conferences and events, leadership development, academic scholarships, internships supporting professional skills development and research, and career services. AISES offers a network for affiliated schools, tracks for teacher development and college preparation at the AISES National Conference, and an annual National American Indian Science and Engineering Fair and various scholarship and internship programs for students in a wide array of educational fields.
