Mission Statement: 
Animal Welfare Alliance (AWA) was formed to do aggressive spay and neuter programs to reduce the euthanasia rates in Chaves County, New Mexico.
Programs: 
High Volume, Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic. AWA purchased a building in 2008 and opened the AWA Spay & Neuter Clinic. In 2009, AWA spayed and neutered 1,004 animals.
