Mission Statement:
The Mission of The Arc of New Mexico is to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages by advocating for equal opportunities and choices in where and how they learn, live, work, play and socialize. The Arc of New Mexico will promote self-determination.
Programs:
The Arc of New Mexico provides advocacy for persons with developmental disabilities and their families in New Mexico.
Currently Lifetime Planning Services include opportunities for personal planning, pooled Master Trusts, personal networking and private pay guardianship.
Our guardianship services are for persons with developmental disabilities and is court appointed by the State of New Mexico.
El Poder de los Jovenes is a youth program for emerging leaders in Dona Ana County.
Our thriftstore, Thriftown, is located at 3900 Menaul Boulevard NE in Albuquerque. It is open Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.
