Comprehensive Asthma Management Program - coordinates care and education for patients with asthma. The program includes Education visits, Family referrals & follow up, School in-service, Physician care conference, and Asthma management tools. Managing Asthma in Today’s Schools - provides asthma education and management services to middle and high school students (ages 11 - 17 years) with asthma in a school-based setting. Adult Asthma Program - group education session for adults with asthma and their caregivers. Sessions are conducted at various locations throughout Albuquerque. Camp Cough No Mas Asthma Camp - provide an inspiring summer camp experience for New Mexican children with moderate to severe asthma.
