Mission Statement:

The mission of the Four Corners Foundation is to receive and administer community resources to support and improve facilities and services in order to meet the physical and emotional needs of people who desire to achieve self-reliant, productive lifestyles and contribute to society.

Programs:

The Four Corners Foundation is addressing a serious local problem – chronic homelessness. Together, we are creating a solution by expanding the capacity for effective programs and services for the homeless at A Path Home.

A Path Home is a monumental project by any standard, reflecting our community’s deep commitment to care for people in need. Construction of the $3.5 million dollar emergency and transitional housing development was completed in June 2014. Since opening its doors, twice as many homeless individuals and families with children have received help with basic human needs; shelter, food, and clothing.
