Mission Statement: 
The Court Advocates of Fourth Judicial District CASA provides advocacy for abused and neglected children by providing a voice in the courts and in the community through trained volunteers.
Programs: 

The CASA program provides court advocacy for abused and neglected children who are living in foster care. Highly trained volunteers work to ensure that services provided to the abused and neglected children are in the best interest of the children.
