Agency direct services – offered primarily in Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Santa Fe Counties – benefit more than 6,200 individuals each year through a wide range of programs in three major areas:
1) Child and Family Services, providing a wide range of integrated services and supports focused on early intervention for children with developmental disabilities and/or delays and early childhood mental health for children from birth to age six and their families;
2) Adult Services, providing residential, employment, day habilitation and community integration support for adults with developmental disabilities; and
3) Respite and Personal Care, offering support for families of children and adults with disabilities.
All Las Cumbres programs are operated on the belief that services should be easily accessible, consumer driven, relationship based, culturally appropriate, and built on individual strengths and natural supports in order to best meet the needs of each individual served.
