The Local Government Leadership Program is an educational partnership between the New Mexico Municipal League, the New Mexico Association of Counties, the New Mexico National Guard, the New Mexico School Boards Association and Leadership New Mexico. These organizations joined together to provide an educational program for municipal and county officials, members of the National Guard, school boards and regional councils of governments.
