Mission Statement: 
Helping at risk children to grow and develop their full potential in nurturing families within supportive communities.
Programs: 
Therapeutic Preschool for at risk children birth-5 years and their parents, providing parenting, case management, counseling, bonding and attachment; Home Visitation for at risk families with children 0-5, providing parenting, support and case management; Juvenile Justice for teen parents incarcerated at Youth Diagnostic Development Center and their children, providing bonding and attachment and parenting; Time Limited Reunification for children in custody of CYFD and their parents, providing intensive home visiting to address parenting, bonding and attachment and reunification; Family Support Services to provide support, training and case management to foster parents to maintain placement of children in foster care; Children of Incarcerated Parents for parents jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center and their children to provide parenting and visitation; ImPACT for parents incarcerated in 4 correctional facilities and their children to provide parenting, skills and visitation; Overnight Visitation for mothers incarcerated in Grants to be able to have overnight visits with their children prior to being released; KidPACT for school aged children with an incarcerated family member and groups are provided at specific schools; Safety Groups for girls detained at the Detention Center; Heeling Hearts brings rescued dogs inside the prison to be a part of the therapeutic healing of a select group of women. The women care for and train the dogs for adoption in the community.
