Lynn Trojahn, Board Chair is Vice President of Advancement at ACCION New Mexico, Co-Chair for the United Way Loaned Executive recruitment and training program. She is a member of the Regional Council of the National Jewish Hospital in Denver and a member of the Wells Fargo Bank Leadership Council. Lynn is a faculty member for the UNM Anderson School of Management Nonprofit Management Certificate course. Lynn Trojahn has a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Colgate University and a master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. Lynn and her husband are board members for the Future Fund through the Albuquerque Community Foundation. Lynn is married to Craig Trojahn whom she met in San Francisco and they have a loving and philanthropic daughter, Rachel. Over the years of 1999-2000, Lynn was named as one of the 100 Power Brokers, Forty Under 40, and an Up & Comers in New Mexico, in the New Mexico Business Weekly. In 2006 Lynn was named a Top 10 Power Broker in this publication.

Brian Colón is a partner at Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C. and former Democratic Party of New Mexico Chairman. Brian is very involved in the community, an engaged philanthropist active with both the Albuquerque Community Foundation and the United Way of Central New Mexico. He chairs Popejoy Hall's Board of Directors. In 2004, Brian was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the New Mexico State Bar Association and one of New Mexico's Under 40 Power Brokers by the New Mexico Business Weekly. Brian is a graduate of NMSU and UNM.

Race Cowgill is a Principal with Zenith Management Consulting, LLC. After founding and running a highly successful media company in New York City for ten years, Race Cowgill began a career in consulting in 1985 and was invited to become a Principal at the national firm of Zenith Management Consulting ten years later. For the last twenty-two years, he has consulted to over three hundred medium and large companies in every industry.

Steve Johnson is the Executive Director of A New Day Youth and Family Services, a social profit agency that has been serving at-risk youth and their families for 35 years. Steve is also the Associate Director of the Wraparound Institute which provides training and technical assistance for agencies across the state serving young people. Previously Steve has worked for 26 years at both the local and state level to develop and transform the state's behavioral health system. Steve is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker. Steve’s professional focus has been on the holistic issues facing troubled youth and their families, including both clinical and systemic issues. He is a strong advocate for keeping young people safe while surrounding them with healthy families and supportive communities. He believes in working collaboratively with other agencies to create an integrated system that is effective and meaningful.

Natasha Martell is the Community Relations Manager at Intel Corporation. Natasha manages the Intel Involved employee volunteer program which contributes more than 37,000 hours to local non-profits and over 9,000 hours for schools. She chose to spend her sabbatical volunteering for youth in South Africa. For Natasha, supporting community programs in not only her job, it is her passion.

Randy Mascorella has been Executive Director of Special Olympics New Mexico since 1992. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the 2,400 athletes and 6,000 volunteers of Special Olympics. Randy serves a critical role in guiding the organization toward the realization and advancement of its mission. In addition, she serves on the Leadership Albuquerque Curriculum Committee, the National Advisory Group for Special Olympics Direct Marketing Program, and is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Randy has devoted her career to impacting people’s lives through sports. She has a B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Bowling Green State University and a M.S. in Education from the University of Dayton. She is also an inspirational and motivational speaker whose audiences have included corporations, state associations, women’ groups, educators, and nonprofit organizations.

Jennifer Riordan is Director for Community Relations and Media Relations at Wells Fargo New Mexico. In addition to being responsible for public relations, internal communications, community involvement and Wells Fargo’s corporate giving program, Jennifer manages employee volunteer service. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2008, Jennifer was Vice President of Public Relations for Citi Cards and State Director for Community Relations for Citi New Mexico. She has also been the Media Relations Manager for the Executive Vice President at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and Account Executive for Cooney, Watson & Assoc., Inc. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from the University of New Mexico and associate’s degrees from Champlain College.

Alex O. Romero is President of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce. Alex is a retired bank executive; he spent thirty-five years in the banking industry in the Albuquerque area. Alex was named President of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce in December of 2004. His community leadership experience includes being Chairman, Albuquerque Development Commission; Trustee, College of Santa Fe; Board Member, Lovelace Medical Center; Member, Governor's Task Force on Mortgage Lending; Member, Lt. Governor's Task Force on Transportation; Member, City's 21st Century Transportation Task Force; President, New Mexico Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Former Trustee, National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation; Former Board Member and Past President, St. Pius X High School Foundation; Past Chairman, Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce; Member, City of Albuquerque Mayor's Task Force on Downtown Redevelopment; Past Board Member, New Mexico Supreme Court, State Bar Disciplinary Board Alumni, Leadership Albuquerque. Alex is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Banking.

Marge Shanfeldt is a dedicated community volunteer and she serves on numerous community boards including Read "Write" Adult Literacy Program, Moriarty Community Library Board (as Board President) and the Friends of the Moriarty Community Library. Marge volunteers with Bethel Storehouse and Estancia Valley Catholic Parish, and is a member of the Moriarty Garden Club.

Andrew Watson is Head of School at the Albuquerque Academy. After two years in Ohio's Wayne Public School system and ten years each at Fountain Valley School in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and The Potomac School in McLean, Virginia, Andrew T. Watson now serves as Head of School at Albuquerque Academy, a co-ed, independent, day school serving 1100 students from grades 6 through 12. He also serves on the advisory boards of the New Mexico Community Foundation and the Harvard Principals’ Center National Advisory Board (co-chair), the editorial board of Inside Private School Management, the board of Albuquerque’s Tricklock Theater, and the faculty of the National Association of Independent Schools’ New Heads Institute. Raised in a family of public school educators, Mr. Watson received his BS at Ohio State University and MS at Yale University.
