Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
We need a lot of helping hands at our farm in Corrales starting mid-March through early April. We will be harvesting organic asparagus plants. Short training will be provided and if your are available Monday-Thursday, from 9:00am-1:00pm give us a call. If those days and times don’t work there might be other times-just give us a call. Great for groups and individuals.
Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project:
The farm is life-line for under-employed persons with disabilities, providing unique opportunities for social sector partnerships with ARCA.
Additional Requirements:
Dress in layers. Bring gloves, sunscreen and water bottle (we will have water coolers).
