Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Mandy's Farm is currently seeking community members to serve on their Board of Directors. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals, willing to assist in fundraising, meet quarterly, and contribute ideas and expertise. A great organization to be a part of for those who have an interest in advancing the lives of adults with disabilities, as well as those who have an interest in animals or agriculture.

No Board or disability experience necessary, but certainly a plus.

Through serving within Mandy's Farm, interested parties will be supporting the mission of the organization:
Mandy’s Farm is a nonprofit organization that assists individuals with Developmental Disabilities to achieve goals by structuring a positive, purposeful and caring environment for living, learning, and working in the community.

Nonprofit Will Provide: 

Mandy's Farm is currently made up of a volunteer Board of Directors, however, Board Members are welcome to visit our facilities, which include a large farm with horses and other animals, gardens, a therapeutic pool, and a visual arts center.
