Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Change a person's life by teaching him how to read. Volunteer basic literacy tutor. You will meet with a student for 2 hours a week. We provide ProLiteracy training & support.

Adults: 90% of our clients enter the program reading below the 6th grade level and about half of those read below the 3rd grade level.
