Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:

•Answer main phone line and transfer callers to appropriate staff. •Assist in data entry. •Create copies of materials as needed by various RCCCNM departments. •Answer questions about RCCCNM. • Willingness to learn basic knowledge about Sexual Violence and basic information on the RCCCM • Knowledge of and ability to use basic Microsoft programs. •Personal awareness and emotional maturity. •Good verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable working with people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and ethnic diversity.
