Kari Sutton started Living Room HR to support nonprofits and small businesses with their human resources needs. She specializes in the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding, including process and policy design, change management, and employee engagement. Kari’s entire career has been spent working with small businesses and nonprofits - as an intern, employee, volunteer and as a vendor. She has worked in HR since 2015.
