Learning Lab: Goal Setting for People of Color in the Nonprofit Sector

Start Date and Time:
Wednesday, January 22, 2020 - 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Organization Name:
Santa Fe Community Foundation

Whether you’re at an entry, mid- or senior-level in your organization, you’re aware that people of color make up the majority of staff positions while executive leadership and board positions are predominantly held by white males. If you want to move into a leadership position at some point or make a change altogether, you need time to think and plan your strategy. This session will help you take a holistic look at where you are in relation to where you want to be. We’ll use a proprietary goal-setting framework to define your goals and develop a clear roadmap for achieving them.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand your strengths and how they are being applied in your professional life.
  • Create clear goals for the next 3-6 months.
  • Walk away with a road map for achieving your goals.

Who should attend?
Self-identified people of color at all staff levels.
