Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties; a minimum of (3) three years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping; and (2) two years of work experience as a Payroll Specialist.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must have excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite; exquisite math and numerical skills; outstanding organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and accuracy are a must; excellent communication abilities; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, maintain a high degree of confidentially and the ability to handle sensitive information. Candidate must be able to relate to the public. Reports directly to the CFO.
