Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Jewish Community Center of Albuquerque, JCC, has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist. This position reports to the CFO and has responsibilities for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Tasks include all payroll functions, assist with expense reimbursements, update vendor info, resolve financial discrepancies, prepare reports, maintain appropriate accounting controls following all legal and organizational requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 Years relevant experience; organizational skills, multitasker, attention to detail; critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills; MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook expertise; personable, friendly, customer-service oriented; team player; able to work effectively with members and staff; initiative and resourceful; BA/BS preferred, and; Quickbooks experience preferred.
