Administrative and Box Office Assistant

Type of Job: 
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This individual will provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director, assist with ticket orders and processing under the direction of the Box Office Manager, secure and assign artist housing, and assist with maintenance of archives and files.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Other responsibilities include assisting with the fulfillment of donor benefits, assisting the Executive Director in special event production and donor cultivation events, and taking on other special projects as requested.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position is full-time with some required evening and weekend hours during production seasons. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 30 pounds. Excellent organizational, communication, and patron relation skills are a must. Candidates should be able to balance multiple responsibilities at once, and must effectively collaborate as a team member. Proficiency in MS Office, DonorPerfect, and Tix preferred.
