Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant will assist in daily operations, data base entry and management of donor base, bookkeeping, invoicing, fielding phone calls, banking, and helping with event management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease and humor.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires two years' minimum experience as an administrative assistant with advanced skills in QuickBooks, accounting, advanced computer skills that include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, and some web management. Experience managing events is also required.

This position is 15-20 hours per week at $20 per hour.
