Main Areas of Responsibility:
Cornerstones Community Partnerships seeks a motivated master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will handle a wide variety office tasks, provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. This position will provide some support to our Executive Director and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Cornerstones’ office; provide general support to inquiries from the public and office visitors (When COVID restrictions are lifted. Currently the office is closed to visitors.); support the Bookkeeper and Executive Director with financial processes; and support the Volunteer program.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office; high school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in an administrative support role; self-motivated; communication and interpersonal skills; time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work; professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality; and attention to detail and problem solving skills.
