Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our nonprofit clients as well as the general business operations of Delta. Tasks include database entry and management, research, website maintenance, communications, calendar management, event organization. A successful administrative assistant is flexible, able to multitask, has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn, and is able to work as part of a team.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, solve problems independently while also working as a team, ability to complete tasks while working remote, time management skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and GSuite products.
Starting salary is $40,000 with full benefits including health/vision/dental/life insurance, access to 401K with a company match, generous leave policy, and flexible scheduling. Staff can choose to work in our downtown Albuquerque or Santa Fe offices, work 100% remote, or some combination of the two.
