Main Areas of Responsibility:
Support meetings and provide meeting logistics. Arrange and coordinate travel and reimbursement for staff and volunteers. Collect, organize, and store information using filing systems. Prepare basic financial reports.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide meeting logistical support. Maintain calendars and schedules, prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, perform other administrative tasks.
Twenty hours per week, somewhat flexible schedule, paid time off, health insurance, fulfilling work for a good cause.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or substitute administrative experience on year-by-year basis; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
