Main Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative and technical support to the Development Director, which includes, but is not limited to: maintaining/updating database records; data entry; coordinating mailings (pulling lists, printing, organizing, etc.); scheduling meetings; gathering funding documents and coordinating signatures, as well as some writing and interaction with donors. Must be incredibly detail-oriented and work autonomously. Sense of humor is a plus.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Data entry and minute taking.
Requires High School diploma and experience in data entry, administrative duties, some writing and understanding fundraising/development.
