Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership New Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual as full-time Alumni Program Director. This position has the primary responsibility for all of the organization’s alumni education programs and special events and includes responsibilities for program logistics, speaker recruitment, provide staff support for all program volunteers and committees for alumni programs and special events. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for creating high quality alumni programs and special events, prepares and provides support for corporate fundraising, sponsorship and grants for alumni programs and special events and assists with marketing program and events to participants and the public.
College degree with 3-5 years’ experience in education or program administration, marketing, public relations, special events and/or adult or community education; excellent people and communication skills; works effectively with internal and external clients; superior written and verbal skills; excellent computer skills including MS suite; flexible; self-motivated; organized; can manage multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and occasionally travel.
