Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Manager will act in a leadership capacity and be responsible for the operation of the Thrift Store with the help of employees and volunteers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position will work on increasing the income for the Thrift Store and track sales trends, donations, volunteer hours, and community service hours; track the effectiveness of discount coupons, advertising, and other special efforts; and assist to implement the online sales of appropriate items on E-Bay, Craig’s List, and other venues.
This position requires a High School Diploma/GED plus two (2) years relevant experience in retail; forty (40) hours provider specific crisis intervention training; and a minimum of ten (20) hours ongoing training per year related to target population, may include NMCADV, CSVANW, VOCA, or VAWA training.
