Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Client Advocate will provide direct care and supervision of 8 residents of Casa Q; and participate in day to day operations of the program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
You will provide room checks 24/7 as required by program policy, ensuring health and safety of residents & staff; document information for required reports and billing; insure client files are up to date in compliance with agency specifications; participate and maintain knowledge of residential programs, desirable ance of the facility, grounds, vehicles and equipment; and perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with one-year relevant experience preferred; or some college or a high school diploma and five years relevant experience with youth; excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines; valid Driver’s License, personal auto insurance, insurable under Casa Q automobile policy to allow transport of clients; and criminal Records Check clearance/CPR and First Aid certificates
